I've always known that Brynne is one cute kid, but I will admit that her cuteness is often overshadowed by her ability to whine and melt down easily. That's why I'm even more excited about what the teacher said. I've been worried about Brynne being able to stay in control in a school setting when things don't always go the way she wants them to, but so far so good. Hopefully this means we're onto bigger and better!

Brynne Starts Preschool
Brynne had her first day of preschool on Thursday. We did preschool with two other little neighbor girls last year, but this time she actually goes to a lady's home with nine other kids. The lady has the little table and chairs, along with all that other stuff that makes it "real school". I was a bit concerned that Brynne would be a little shy and cry when I left, but she did great. Here's a picture of Brynne on her first day. (Please ignore the fact that our lawn sort of took on a life of it's own while we were gone all summer.)
Brynne's teacher wrote a note home after her second day and said, "Brynne did so well in preschool! She is such a great example to all the other students on how to follow directions. Plus she's got a contagious little giggle!!!"

I am so glad Brynne likes her school. This will all be so good for her and make it easier to wait a year for kindergarten. She sure is a cute kid. I can vouch for the fact that the weeds are now gone from your yard if anyone is worrying.
Brynne you are BEAUTIFUL! I am glad you can start "Schoool."
