Since just getting started is the hardest part (except when it comes to labor...), I am starting with a nice quick blog about a kind service I received. You remember the Mother's Day flower box Lee and the girls made for me a few years ago? Well, check out the pretty flowers:

I'm Back (With Some Pretty Flowers)!!
I hope no one is having a heart attack right now, but yes, I'm hoping/planning/trying to get back into blogging. It occurs to me that with a baby coming, I really should get going again.
Since just getting started is the hardest part (except when it comes to labor...), I am starting with a nice quick blog about a kind service I received. You remember the Mother's Day flower box Lee and the girls made for me a few years ago? Well, check out the pretty flowers:
Due to our very limited budget these days, I hadn't planned on being able to have flowers on my porch this year. Brynne, sweet girl that she is, had picked and planted some weeds for me. (I really wish I had a picture of the weeds.) But we were all resigned to the fact that we wouldn't have flowers. Until Tuesday... I came home from a doctor's appointment Tuesday afternoon to discover some flowers had been left on our porch. I immediately planted them in my two porch planters. Brynne was okay with getting rid of the weeds and was excited for the flowers too. So now here's what my porch looks like:

I'm so glad you're blogging again. Your yard looks great!
You've done such a nice job with your yard--it's really lovely. I know what you mean about flowers making you happy. And you deserve it! Hang in there for those last few weeks...
Well, it's about darn time you blogged again my dear. I've been missing you ever so very much. Welcome back!
Welcome back! And your yard makes me jealous. If you ever have a year w/o flowers come walk across my lawn and look at my flower beds and you'll feel so much better. ;) I love the pink for Melissa. Poor Lee is going to be so outnumbered (as if he isn't already). :)
About the pink not letting your blog live up to blog title, well that depends on who you ask. Hahaha! I am actually doing a lot better- have you seen Elise's new pajamas!? And on a more serious note (though seriously, Elise is so flippin adorable in her new pajamas) I absolutely love your ward and all the people in it that are so good to you and your family. Yep, pretty much love them for taking care of you and your family. Now bring on Melissa!
