A Super Yummy Recipe

Those who know me know that I'm definitely not a cook. I love yummy food, but I don't like cooking. I'm all about the meals that take 30 minutes or less from start to finish. Well, I found a new recipe I love! It's a Sweet-and-Sour Chicken recipe; and I love it because it has all the taste, but only half (or less) the sugar as other recipes. This is a picture of the actual food I made. Aren't you proud of me, Mom?! :) Here's the recipe:
1 lb. chicken (cooked and cubed)
1/2 cup sliced green peppers
1/2 cup sliced red peppers
1 cup carrot strips
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp ketchup (optional)
20 oz can pineapple with juice (chunk, tidbits, or crushed)
*Brown chicken in skillet with a small amount of oil for a few minutes
*Add veggies and garlic. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
*Mix soy sauce and cornstarch together.
*Add above mixture to chicken along with all other ingredients.
*Bring to a boil.
*Yummy!

Hey I'm going to try your recipe this week. It looks so yummy! Did you use the carrot strips in the one you made? It looks like red, orange, yellow, and red peppers from the picture. Let me know.
